Open footwear, barefoot, or high heels are deemed unsafe for training and driving test purposes. Safe footwear has to be worn while driving. While your instructor will do everything he can reasonably do to commence your lesson at the scheduled time, no responsibility can be taken for circumstances beyond his control which may result in a delayed start time for your lesson. If you turn up outside these times, your instructor may with reasonable discretion choose not to proceed with the lesson and you will be liable for the cancellation fee. If you do not turn up at the agreed time for your lesson your instructor will wait 10 minutes and at the instructor’s reasonable discretion, the lesson time will be forfeited.
